Before joining forces during the 90's, William Rosario had produced many styles including Hip Hop and Party Breaks on labels like AV8 and Nervous Records. While Joseph Mercado made his mark in the NYC club scene had a slew of releases on BML. Both born in New York and introduced through a mutual friend, The MegaMen jumped right into success with a release on the BML label then later on esteemed labels Strictly Rhythm, King Street, Rumba Jams, Nervous, Yoshitoshi and Episode records. They've turned out dance floors worldwide and have collaborated on numerous projects with artists such as the late John Robinson, Duane Harden, Wamdue Project , Henry Maldonado, Jovonn, Jeremias Santiago, Lem Springsteen and Todd Terry.
At the start of the millennium the MegaMen injected a brand of sound into House Music's bloodstream which blazed a trail in the NYC scene and beyond; this brand is called 'Ghetto Soul'...
This style resulted in several mixed compilations entitled The Ghetto Soul Sessions , a TV appearance on The Roof (Mun 2 Network) during WMC 2002, mixshows and club performances worldwide.
Currently William Rosario & Joseph Mercado scan deeper into the future of Ghetto Soul while delivering the dope collection of sound and flavor that started it all.
