As summer starts in the U.S., Smooth Agent heats things up with a production led by Chicago’s Bruce Rodgers aka Union Effect with vocals by Glasgow’s Jean Honeymoon. The original mix is down tempo soul similar to trip hop. Vocals by Ms. Honeymoon have a style all their own, with a delivery that is smooth where the lyrics seem to float over the music. In addition to the original mix, Bruce showcases different house mixes to satisfy the most finicky of deep house heads.
On remix duties we have Marc Mac of 4hero fame remixing here as Nu Era. On the Nu Era mix the style here is not your usual house mix but European flavored electronic dance music nonetheless. This one is sure to set the dance floor on fire! We also have a mix by Glasgow’s James Johnson with is gaining a big international fan base these days from his productions & remixes. On Mr. Johnston’s mix the vibe here is deep tech house. This one is sure to make things even hotter this summer!
